1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing, or using the Saral Rojgar mobile app or website (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Saral Rojgar is operated by Ratnawn Tech Pvt Ltd.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use Saral Rojgar. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and current.

3. User Accounts

Users register either as a Job Seeker (Worker) or an Employer (Business). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Provide accurate profile, contact and work information.
• Do not create multiple or fraudulent accounts.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Platform Use & Conduct

Saral Rojgar is a platform that connects workers and employers directly. We do not guarantee employment, wages, or the conduct of any user. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading or discriminatory job listings or profiles.
• Harass, threaten or defraud other users.
• Charge or accept fees to onboard workers onto the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Fees & Payments

Creating a profile and applying for jobs is free for workers. Certain employer features may be chargeable, and any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before purchase. Saral Rojgar does not process wage payments between workers and employers unless explicitly stated within the app.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos and software associated with Saral Rojgar are the property of Ratnawn Tech Pvt Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Saral Rojgar acts as a facilitator between workers and employers and is not a party to any employment agreement formed between users. We are not liable for disputes, losses or damages arising from interactions, hiring decisions or work performed between users of the Platform.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in fraudulent or harmful conduct on the Platform, with or without prior notice.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
